These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dono55 governing your access to and use of the dono55 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, and related services available at dono55.net. Fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited on dono55 and will result in immediate account termination.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
Access to and use of dono55 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering a dono55 Account or accessing the Platform's Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. dono55 operates a strict age verification policy and may request proof of age at any time, including during the KYC process.
Important: It is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and applicable regulations for any person under the age of 21 to attempt to register with or use the dono55 platform. dono55 will immediately close any account found to be operated by a person under 21 and will forfeit any balance in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
dono55 offers its Services to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is not expressly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing dono55 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. dono55 does not make any representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
To create a dono55 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number in +92 format, a valid email address, and a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older. You agree to update your Account information promptly if it changes. dono55 reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
Each individual may register and maintain only one dono55 Account. Holding multiple Accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon discovery, dono55 will suspend all related Accounts and may permanently close them following investigation, with any Balance held subject to review for fraudulent activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dono55 login credentials, including your password and any two-step verification codes. You agree not to share your Account details with any third party. dono55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.
If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact dono55 support immediately. dono55 may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation upon receiving such a report.
dono55 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of a valid, government-issued photo identity document — typically a Pakistani CNIC. Additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested at dono55's discretion. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. dono55 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. The Account remains accessible and no Real Money Funds will be forfeited solely on account of dormancy, subject to applicable law.
To reactivate a dormant dono55 Account, simply log in using your registered credentials. Your Balance will be accessible immediately upon reactivation, subject to any required KYC update.
dono55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online, UBL Direct, Meezan Bank, and domestic bank transfer. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the dono55 cashier page, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your dono55 Account within two (2) minutes of successful payment authorisation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business days to clear, depending on your financial institution. dono55 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which dono55 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals are available only to verified (KYC-completed) dono55 Accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within one (1) hour during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. dono55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request it considers unusual or outside normal account behaviour.
Where operationally possible, dono55 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. dono55 reserves the right to require withdrawals via bank transfer for accounts where the deposit payment method cannot support reverse transactions of the requested amount.
All dono55 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dono55 does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are outside dono55's control and are your responsibility.
All dono55 bonus offers, promotional credits, free spins, cashback arrangements, and other incentives are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be presented at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotional offer, the specific terms of that offer shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of the offer.
Bonus Funds credited to your dono55 Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant offer terms before any portion of the winnings derived from those Bonus Funds becomes eligible for withdrawal. Where a deposit-match bonus is offered, the wagering requirement applies to the sum of the deposit plus the bonus unless the offer terms state otherwise. dono55 makes wagering requirements clearly visible before a Player opts into any promotion.
dono55 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing bets that cover all possible outcomes within the same market to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk (commonly referred to as "hedging"), and coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements in an artificial manner. Where bonus abuse is detected, dono55 will void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those funds, and may permanently close the Account.
Bonus Funds and free spins credited to a dono55 Account are valid for the period specified in the relevant offer terms, typically seven (7) or thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Unclaimed or unplayed bonus credits will expire automatically at the end of the validity period and cannot be reinstated.
Note: Withdrawing Real Money Funds before satisfying an applicable wagering requirement may result in the forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings. Check your dono55 Account balance breakdown before initiating a withdrawal.

Sports betting markets on dono55, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and esports, are governed by the sportsbook rules applicable to each sport or event type, as published in the dono55 sportsbook rules documentation. Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed at the point of placing a bet or entering a game. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in pricing, dono55 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and refund the relevant stake amounts to Player Accounts. dono55 will not honour payouts resulting from a malfunction or pricing error that was, or should have been, reasonably apparent to the Player.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on dono55. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:
Where dono55 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, it reserves the right to withhold Balances pending full investigation. Cooperation with dono55's compliance team during any investigation is a condition of continued Account access.

These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon request and will prevent all access to the dono55 Platform for the requested period. dono55 takes all self-exclusion requests seriously and does not permit reactivation before the exclusion period expires.
dono55 does not knowingly accept deposits from or permit play by persons who have a current self-exclusion in place or who are registered with any relevant exclusion scheme. If you become aware that you have registered under false pretences during an exclusion period, you must contact support immediately to arrange Account closure and return of Real Money Funds.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any dono55 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of any dono55 intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dono55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical interruptions, maintenance periods, or connectivity failures.
dono55's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dono55 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk, subject always to the protections afforded to you under applicable consumer protection legislation.
dono55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time, or regulatory requirements. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player fault, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
You may close your dono55 Account at any time by contacting the support team and making a formal account closure request. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus Funds at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
In the event of any dispute relating to a game outcome, bet settlement, payment transaction, or any other aspect of your dono55 Account, you must first raise the issue with dono55's customer support team. dono55 will investigate all disputes and provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal complaint. dono55's decision on bet settlement matters, absent clear evidence of manifest error, is final.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under dono55's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through dono55's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified under dono55's gaming licence.
dono55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation, in which case changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the dono55 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
